Yellow Ribbon Program Benefits & Eligibility:
Our participation in the GI Bill’s Yellow Ribbon program at our more than 40 schools across North America can help you afford the education you need for the creative career you want. Your entire tuition and the costs of your books may be covered for your effective period of coverage.
Our schools can help with tuition costs exceeding the GI Bill’s current maximum benefit rate, based on the applicable state’s highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate. Our schools voluntarily provide tuition assistance to veterans to offset all or some of the costs. The amounts and conditions depend on The Art Institutes school and the state in which it’s located. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs will match the amount contributed by the school.
In order to be deemed eligible for the Yellow Ribbon Program you must be a veteran who has served at least 36 months of active duty after September 10, 2001; were honorably discharged for a service-related disability and served 30 continuous days following September 10, 2001; or a dependent eligible for transfer of entitlement under the Post-9/11 GI Bill based on a veteran’s service under one of the first two criteria.
An Art Institutes Education:
At The Art Institutes schools, we’re committed to helping you channel your creative energy into the skills to launch a rewarding career in fields ranging from gaming to graphic design, from animation to the art of cuisine. You can earn a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in the area of design, media arts, fashion, or culinary. Our programs are offered in flexible evening and weekend, online and classroom formats.
GI Bill is applicable to those who qualify.
Programs, scheduling options, and credential levels vary by school.
